Committee Opportunities

Weed Treatment Committee: Assist in coordinating with a Board Member, PLM weed management and Elk Township for the spraying of Invasive weeds in Harper Lake.

Fish Stocking Committee: Assist in coordinating with a Board Member, Fisheries and the DNR for the fish stocking of Harper Lake.

​

Harper Lake Apparel Committee: Assist in coordinating with a Board Member on the sale of Harper Lake Apparel.

​

Road Clean Up Committee: Assist in coordinating with a Board Member and the State of Michigan for the clean-up of Grange Road to DeWitt Bridge-twice a year.

​

History of Harper Lake Committee: Assist in writing any historical content of Harper Lake.

​

Winter Social Planning Committee: Assist in coordinating with a Board Member in the planning of this event.

Kids Fishing Contest: Early morning-assistance with sign up and judging

Scavenger Hunt: Planning and/or hosting of this event

​

50/50 Drawing: Selling tickets

​

Dock Captain: Stamping cards of participants (distribution of snacks and goodies, optional-but appreciated)

​

Prize Announcements: Assisting with drawing cards for prizes and announcing

​

Prize Runners & Boat Holders for Prize Pick Up: Send us your teenagers to help set prizes up before the event and/or distribute prizes & hold boats during pick up
